Signing in
PackDraw offers two sign-in methods: Google, or an email address and password. There is no Steam login — that is a persistent myth carried over from CS:GO skin sites, and it does not apply here.
The most common login failure is simply using the wrong method. If you originally registered with Google and later try to sign in with your email address and a password you have just created, there is no matching password on file and the login fails. Try the Google button first if you are not certain which you used.
Registration itself requires your name, date of birth, address and email — all mandatory. PackDraw's terms state that where this information is missing or not deemed complete and accurate, it cannot process the application and the account will not open.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
PackDraw's terms explicitly reference 2FA, placing responsibility squarely on you: you are “solely responsible for safeguarding the access and your login credentials, including 2FA (2-Factor-Authentification), used to access the Website and your Account.”
Read the rest of that clause carefully, because it defines your exposure. PackDraw states it is not liable for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties arising from your disclosure of login details — intentional, accidental, active or passive — and is not liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login secure. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
On a platform holding a crypto-withdrawable balance, with no gambling regulator to appeal to, that combination makes 2FA the single highest-value five minutes you can spend on the account. Enable it, and store your recovery codes somewhere you will still have them if you lose your phone — losing 2FA access on an unlicensed platform is a genuinely difficult position to recover from.
You are also required to notify PackDraw immediately on becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account.
Why your deposit is failing
Deposits on PackDraw are made in cryptocurrency. The most common causes of a failed or missing deposit are mechanical rather than account-related:
Wrong network. Sending a coin on a chain the deposit address does not support is the single biggest cause of vanished deposits. Crypto transactions are final and non-reversible — funds sent on a mismatched network are generally unrecoverable, and no support ticket claws them back. Match the network exactly before sending.
Pending KYC. PackDraw's terms reserve the right to “restrict any Services, such as deposit or redemption functions until you have completed the identification process.” If deposits are blocked rather than failing, an outstanding verification request is the likely reason — check your email and account notifications.
Payment method ownership. You warrant not to credit your account using payment methods that do not belong to you, and not to deposit from wallets linked to or categorised as illicit. Third-party funding can trigger a block.
Suspended or closed account. The terms prohibit attempting to add balance to an account that is suspended, blocked or closed.
Entering your code is a deposit-time action. If you are depositing to claim the 5% bonus, code dijaboy must be typed into the code field at the deposit screen. It does not apply automatically, and it cannot be added retroactively to a deposit already made. PackDraw support confirmed this directly.
Checking your balance
Your balance and account details live in your PackDraw account profile, which is also where your pack purchase history and battle history are stored — including the client seed, server seed and nonce for every open, if you want to verify a result yourself against the provably fair system. If the balance looks wrong after an open, that history is the first place to check.
Worth internalising from the terms: “your PackDraw account is not a bank account or other method to safely store funds or assets for a longer time or an investment.” That is PackDraw's own language. Withdraw meaningful balances rather than leaving them sitting on the platform.
Closing or deleting your account
Be aware of what the terms actually say here, because it is stricter than most people expect. Where PackDraw has requested identity documentation and you do not provide it in a timely manner, it reserves the right to decline or limit access — and that expressly includes “the refusal to accommodate account closures” alongside retention of funds in your balance and refusal of redemptions and exchanges.
The practical sequence, therefore, is: withdraw your balance first, resolve any outstanding verification, and then request closure through support. Trying to close an account as a way to escape a pending KYC request is the one approach explicitly anticipated in the terms.
To request closure, contact support@packdraw.com or live chat from the account you want closed. If your concern is spending rather than the account itself, stopping deposits and withdrawing your balance achieves most of the same thing immediately.
Multiple accounts
PackDraw permits one account per person. Its terms state that if you register multiple accounts it may terminate either or both, with forfeiture of all rights to them including any XP or items acquired. Accounts also may not be borrowed, sold, transferred or acquired from other players. If you are unsure whether an old or linked account exists, the terms direct you to contact support rather than simply registering again.
Is PackDraw down?
If the site will not load, check whether it is only you before assuming an outage: try a different network or device, and clear the cache. Note also that PackDraw's terms bar residents of its restricted territories from accessing the website at all, so an access block is not necessarily a technical fault. For confirmed outages and status, PackDraw's support channels are the reliable source.
Contacting support
PackDraw lists support@packdraw.com as its support address, with live chat available on the site. When contacting them about a payout, include your username and the transaction hash — with the hash, support can check exactly where a transfer went and whether it confirmed on-chain. Without it, the ticket usually just generates a request for more information.
